Research Interests
CURRENT: Ultra-relativistic heavy-ion collisions: space-time evolution of the Quark-Gluon Plasma (QGP), collective flow of QCD matter, relativistic imperfect fluid dynamics, event-by-event fluctuations, multi-particle correlations, signatures of QGP, QCD phase diagram.
PAST: Colour superconductivity, quark stars; Deep inelastic scattering and other high-energy reactions, structure functions of nucleons, mesons and nuclei; Relativistic two-body problem; Interface of nuclear and particle physics; Solitons; Transport theory; Fractional statistics, Anyons; Similarities and differences between nuclei and metal clusters.
